Ibis Golf & Country Club is a gated and upscale golf community located in West Palm Beach  in Northern Palm Beach County on the east coast of the state of Florida . The Grassy Waters Nature Preserve borders the east and south side of Ibis and creates a buffer to any future development for miles to the north , south, and east. The benefits of having a nature preserve as a neighbor include some incredible wildlife. The Osprey, Red Tailed Hawk and even the Bald Eagle are regular visitors to Ibis to take advantage of the many lakes with abundant fish. Great Blue Heron, Sandhill Cranes, Great Egrets, Kingfishers, and many other fishing birds make Ibis there home. Many of the Ibis neighborhoods are names after these beautiful birds. Their beauty compliments the luxury homes of Ibis.

The Ibis Country Club features three Nicklaus Design Championship golf courses designed by arguably the greatest golfer of all time, Jack Nicklaus( The Legend Course) , and his son's Jack Jr.(The Heritage Course)  and Steve (The Tradition Course) . It's golfing atmosphere and setting are sought out by golfers of all levels. The professional staff includes 2 master teaching professionals and the lesson tee leverages the most advanced technology and teaching aids available. The golf courses feature Champion grass greens that provide smooth putting surfaces year round. During the winter season(we don't really have a winter here, but the calendar says we do...) the tees and fairways are over seeded with rye grass to compensate for the native Bermuda grass going into dormancy. So playing conditions are near perfect all year round.

The Ibis tennis facilities are second to none with 14 lighted hydrogrid clay courts and an exceptional instructional staff. The Ibis fitness center has been updated with brand new Cybex Eagle weight equipment that offers a workout for all muscle groups. The fitness center offers classes for aerobics, yoga, and other aerobic activities as well as individual training by top notch instructors and trainers that can help anyone meet their personal fitness goals. The Ibis aquatic center has been recently remodeled with new pool furniture that offers members the opportunity to just kick back and relax. There is also the opportunity for a massage for those days when you need it. The social dining staff has been enhanced by the addition of one of the top executive chefs in Palm Beach County and his staff.

As a means of promoting the stability of this golf community, the residents have voted to make membership in the country club mandatory. There are several levels of Ibis Golf & Country club membership. Whether you are a golfer, play tennis, a fitness enthusiast, a social butterfly, or all of the above the club has a membership for you. A full golf equity membership requires an up front investment of $80,000 with annual dues of $11,370. The signature golf membership offers limited gold privileges and requires an equity investment of $60,000 with annual dues of $7,350. The tennis membership is $40,000 investment and dues are just over $5,000. Social membership which is dining and social privileges only is $40,000 investment equity and dues of just under $4,000. Each membership also includes a capital contribution of $20,500.  Our more active members pay a Trail Fee for using their own golf cart of $1925.00 per year. You can also choose to use one of the Country Clubs carts for $25.00 per round per person. Guest Fees in season start at $75 for an accompanied guest of an Equity Premier member. There is a food minimum of $1200 per year. 

 The Ibis Community continues to be improved with the addition of more equipment on the playground and a butterfly park. Additionally there is a private public safety staff which includes trained paramedics and the community vehicles are equipped with defibrillators. Palm Beach County Fire Rescue is located less than 1/2 mile from the community Main Gate. The Ibis Membership recently voted to transition the Country Club from developer control to member control. The Property Owners Association has already been transitioned to member control so the Ibis members will have an equity club and will be in control of their own destiny. This is a very positive development and takes away the uncertainty of a developer controlled community.

Ibis is located 6.5 miles west of I-95 with the main entrance bordering Northlake Boulevard.  It is a quick 15 minute ride to the great shopping and restaurants of Palm Beach Gardens including the Gardens Mall, Downtown at the Gardens, Legacy Place, Midtown and PGA Commons.  It is less than 20 minutes from the Palm Beach International Airport and less than 30 minutes from the beaches of Singer Island, Palm Beach, or Juno Beach. With easy access to Florida's Turnpike even the attractions of Miami and Orlando are a reasonalble commute.
