| "We've had the pleasure of knowing David Ernst for this past year. At first our needs were unclear and the decision to buy or do a long term lease under these difficult economic times made it even more murky. It was David's ability and willingness to sort out our real needs and cleverly present several alternatives including providing detailed market analysis discounted due to the economic crisis. Once we realized it only made sense to do a long term lease with certain difficult conditions, David dealt with the broker of the house we were interested in and successfully came to a middle ground which was completely acceptable to us. We have recently moved into our new winter home and are thrilled. We would recommend David Ernst to anyone seeking a purchase or lease of a house in Ibis. David thank you. " Best, Barbara & Jerry "David, We would like to take this time to thank you for all of your patience with us. You had hope & you gave us hope when we had none left! Thank you for always thinking of our best interest, not the sale. You have truly wowed us! We wish you lots of success and good health always! We know who to refer anyone in the market for a house! You! Thanks again. Sandra & Javier"
