The Golf Courses & Practice Facilities Ibis features one of the top practice facilities in South Florida with multiple practice greens and sand traps , numerous targets at various distances, and practice tees on both the North and the South end of the facility for taking advantage of varying wind conditions. Ibis also has a top notch training facility manned by a golf staff with 6 teaching professionals including Master Instructor Martin Hall. The Legend course measures 7228 yards from the Championship tees but offers 5 sets of tees to make any level of golfer comfortable. With water and sand hazards on almost every hole this course will not only test your game but also will take your breath away with its beauty. The centerpiece of this Nicklaus Design is the dangerous island green par 3 13th hole where wind, water, and sand dictate how to play the hole. The Heritage course has 5 sets of tees measuring from 5400 to 7058 yards. It will challenge the golfer to hit accurate tee shots but will reward him or her when they do with generous approaches in to the green . The front 9 on the Heritage is argue-ably the toughest holes at Ibis and maybe in Palm Beach County. But the challenge does not end at the turn. Just for fun try the par 4 18th hole from the championship tee. At 460 yards this hole will make even a tour professional pay attention.
The Tradition Course is the newest of the Ibis golf courses and has a style all its own. Tradition is a links style course with natural grasses, large fairway bunkers, water and undulating greens that reward great approaches but challenge marginal shots reminiscent of the great golf courses of the British Isles . At 7132 yards from the championship tees it is worthy of the Ibis tradition of great golf courses.
